1. Welcome & Connection (3 minutes)
We’ll start by getting to know each other. You’ll have space to briefly share what brought you here and what you’re hoping to explore through coaching.

2. What Coaching Is (and Isn’t) (4 minutes)
I’ll explain what life coaching looks like in practice, including how sessions are structured, what you can expect from me as a coach, and how coaching differs from therapy or consulting.

3. Your Goals & Current Season (5 minutes)
We’ll talk about where you are right now and what feels most important to you. This helps determine whether coaching can support what you’re navigating and what kind of approach might be most helpful.

4. Next Steps (3 minutes)
If coaching feels aligned, I’ll walk you through available options and what working together could look like. If it’s not the right fit, I’ll help point you toward other resources.
