Is Life Coaching therapy?

No. Life coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. While emotional well-being is part of our conversations, coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. If therapy is needed, I encourage clients to work with a licensed mental health professional alongside coaching.
Who do you work with?

I work primarily with working professionals navigating life or career transitions, burnout, personal growth, or periods of uncertainty. If you’re feeling stuck or ready for change, coaching may be a good fit.
What happens during a coaching session?
